We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000
patients per year.
With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, were looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives (or change the lives / support) of our patients.
Whatyoull be doing In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need ofcare and medical professionals who refer their patients.
This is by no means a behind-the-scenes role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers Responsible for employee relations strategies ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database as needed Actively engage in employee retention activities Conduct new employee orientations Manage complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally Manage employee records in compliance with state, federal and regulatory agency policies Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management Assist in administration of compensation program; help monitor performance appraisal process Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Managementor 3-5 years prior Human Resource Experience Required License or Certification:
