Responsibilities:
Ensures effective case management and application of engineering and/or administrative controls and technology to analyze and eliminate conditions contributing to occupational hazards and diseases.
Manages the corporate safety program and serves as a technical resource to the Division or national account, and to the Company clients.
Works collaboratively with Divisional, Market and Corporate safety management to create, enhance and monitor health and safety processes, policies/procedures and consults with management/staff regarding health and safety activities.
Promotes and creatively improves Kleinfelder's Health and Safety culture, systems, and tools and has the technical knowledge and resources to support the geographical area as the resident expert regarding Health and Safety.
Able to provide guidance and support to management and staff alike and leads through leveraging their influence throughout their area of responsibility.
Understands and supports H&S client including work plan development or review, site/facility Health and Safety auditing, technical evaluations, and incident investigations, and is skilled at effective communication with internal and external clients.
Conducts presentations to teams or groups across the organization in an articulate and engaging manner.
Position Requirements:
Experience:
6 -7 years related experience, 3 -4 years progressive health and safety experience in consulting engineering firm or related service business and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required.
1 -2 years coordination/supervisory experience preferred.
Certification/Registration:
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) desired.
Other Knowledge and Skills:
Superior communication skillsEducationAssociate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Health and Safety, Engineering or other related discipline required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
