Obtaining and evaluating all appropriate information needed for handling the inquiries and complaints with regard to the products and services.
Performing the customer verifications and processing orders, applications, forms and requests Required Experience Associates Degree or the equivalent is preferred.
At least one (1) year experience of customer service.
