Position Overview
The Commercialization Analyst is responsible for assisting with the management of Marketing processes for new products, line extensions, product changes and product deletions. The successful candidate will support the systematic stage-gate process for projects from ideation to commercialization to post-launch review in addition to supporting cross-functional project teams maintaining documentation to track project status.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Initiation of all US Consumer Foods (McCormick Brands, Zatarains, Simply Asia and US Hispanics) New Products Creations (NPC) through internal systems and the development of process improvements
Master Data and Bill Of Material (BOM) data management on the NPC initiation components.
Leads or supports the systematic stage-gate process for projects from ideation to commercialization to post-launch review through effective project management.
Executing and Monitoring & Controlling of projects. Identification of root causes and determination/implementation of corrective action for recurring product, process and service issues.
Maintain documentation to track project status.
Leads or supports cross-functional project teams.
Skills and experience which the qualified candidate will possess include:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline, such as, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance required.
Minimum of 2 years broad based Marketing and/or Supply Chain/Commercialization experience required.
Proven Project Management Leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing or completing multiple priorities required.
Experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP preferred) & MS Office programs (Excel, Access, Word). MS project experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, including ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization required.
Strong problem solving skills are required, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems required.
Ability to coordinate data under ambiguous and fast moving conditions required.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment required.
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish or French) to support global projects .

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
