This is a PART-TIME position working 30 hours per week - 6 hrs per day/5 days.
_POSITION OVERVIEW_
Under the direction of the Finance Manager - AR, this position is responsible for acting as a Business Partner working towards company goals by providing analyses and reports for department management. In addition, this position assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results, process efficiencies, and optimizations.
_RESPONSIBILITIES_
Maintaining financial controls associated with administration of the customer / broker contracts.
Supplying accurate and complete payment contract information to management as requested.
Administering customer / broker contracts and related payments in accordance with departmental procedures and financial controls, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Maintaining the integrity of all customer / broker contractual payments processed, proper coding and documentation. Insuring that all payments are processed in accordance with corporate policies.
Leading small projects and supports finance initiatives with the business functions.
_REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS_
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.
A minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience required.
Ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations required.
Ability to implement process improvements and work under aggressive deadlines required.
Ability to adjust to changes, deal with uncertainties and adapt to adjustments to project plans required.
Experience with full project lifecycle and familiarity with project budgeting processes required.
Excellent interaction, relationship management (oral and written) and customer service skills required.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills required.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills with a solid understanding of database applications required.
_PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS_
MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
