Reliability Systems Engineer
This position is a member of the Specialty Engineering Department that is responsible for Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors, and Safety engineering for AAI. This postion opening will perform Reliability and/or Supportability assignments as required by program workloads. This may include Reliability Predictions, Maintainability Predictions, FMECAs, FRACAS tracking, Hazard Analysis, LRU and Spares planning and other related Specialty Engineering requirements. The position carries out engineering assignments which have a basic degree of complexity and a limited latitude for independent action and decision. Performs assignments designed to develop professional engineering work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks. Using prescribed methods, may perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
## Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline from an accreddited college or university with a3.2 GPA required.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes. Good organizational and computer skills required. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance once started in the position. Exposure to or Experience with Specialty Engineering functional areas desired. Experience with Microsoft Access or other database highly desired.
