This position will provide a broad array of hands-on legal advice in areas of export / import compliance and international transactions for all operating units and their operations and subsidiaries around the world. Responsibilities will include counseling, compliance program development, technology and information controls, licensing, compliance reviews, internal investigations, and audits. As an integral member of the Companys Systems Legal, Contracts and Compliance (LCC) Department working from Hunt Valley, MD, this position will report to the Companys Systems Sr. Vice President & General Counsel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
