Customer Service Representative

A technology company in Hunt Valley is currently seeking an experienced customer service representative to join its team.

Responsibilities
Good multi-tasking skills answering telephones, returning customer messages, processing orders, and responding to customer and internal e-mail correspondence.
Exchange information primarily through telephone conversations and email transmissions with professionalism and proper use of English language at all times.
Use company's Enterprise Resource Planning system to process and look up orders and product information for communication to customers.
Use Microsoft Office competently to write customer letters and log information on Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications
At least one year of customer service experience
Great personality and phone voice
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation for this position is 30,000 per year.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
