Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:
o Manage the day-to-day operations of the department
o Provide leadership, insight and motivation to the Customer Service team
o Develop and implement departmental standard operating procedures
o Ensure World Class Customer Service by developing performance action plans in accordance with service level goals
o Interact with customers to facilitate and maintain exceptional levels of Customer Service
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree
o 3-5 years Customer Service Experience (Phone Based)
o 2
years of Supervisory/Management Experience
o Excellent time management skills
o Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
o Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
