Job Duties:
Develop segmentation, treatment optimization, operational strategies for one or more Credit Ops teams including Fraud Operations, Collections, and Recoveries. Create and drop tests, and analyze Test and Control results and develop rollout recommendations. Support and drive delivery of actionable analytics and reports. Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners and technology teams to ensure goals and customer satisfaction are achieved. Drive execution of proposed strategy by collaborating with partner teams.
Drive and conduct complex analytics to provide actionable insights and customer behavior trends leveraging data from both internal and external sources. Provide analytical support for strategic and analytically based projects in support of Global Credit Risk Operations including Fraud Operations, Collections, and Recoveries. Identify and pursue opportunities within loss mitigation, and fraud operations. Produce insightful business dashboards, self-service analytical tools, and process of monitoring critical Credit Operational risk metrics, including:
Credit losses; Fraud losses; Roll rates; Agent productivity metrics such as Contact Rates, Cure Rates, and Dollars Collected; and cost metrics. Ensure rigorous quality control over data, analyses, and metrics with strong alignment on business partnered metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the field of program analysis or software engineering or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of program analysis or software engineering.
Special Skill Requirements:
Experience can be gained through coursework or work experience. Experience must include the following:
Data mining; Database design and development; SQL; Oracle; Teradata; MS Access; SAS for analysis; Tableau. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
