Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, organization, and control of the day-to-day operations of the Inventory Control Section within the Shadow CLS program
Assist with the management of the Shadow CLS Service Center and ROR inventory audit processes to determine inventory record accuracy
Assist in the Management of the accuracy and reporting of inventory counts and location records within the CLS Service Center and ROR
Develop and implement data analysis tools/techniques to effectively determine the root cause of inventory discrepancies
Provide monthly reports and analysis for inventory accuracy, aging inventory, and an accounting of adjustments related to the Shadow CLS program
Develop, maintain, and assist with the management of Shadow CLS Program procedures and work instructions related to inventory adjustments, inventory movement, count procedures and other related Inventory Control processes.
Perform inventory audits globally as required in support of the Shadow CLS Program
REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years of Inventory Control experience
Knowledge of methods used to calculate inventory accuracy
Knowledge of methods used for the analyzing and development of Inventory Control best practices, process documentation, and work instruction documentation
Knowledge of Department of Defense and Federal Acquisition Regulation inventory requirements
Knowledge of Inventory Control Databases
Experience working with Government Property
Proficient with Microsoft Office
SKILLS
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solution, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
Highly organized and detail-oriented with good time management
Ability to operate on tight deadlines with multiple priorities that are subject to frequent changes
