Talent Software Services is in search of a Software Development Engineer for a contract to hire position in Hunt Valley, MD.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for coding, testing, and analyzing application software; support existing business systems applications; consult with all levels of application developers to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions; Support the designing and documentation of technical requirements for business applications.

of related IT experience Bachelor's Degree at College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools and methodologies Programming experience in C/C+
Preferred:
Programming and delivery of C/C+
applications in AIX/Unix environment Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues Knowledge of concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.
